Everything was packed well. Delivery was quick. Delivery driver very polite. Love cox and cox, I have been very pleased with the quality of the items I have bought.

The order was incomplete - this was the second attempt - most frustrating. A very un helpful support desk

Painful experience buying a desk! It took 5 months to arrive and plenty of *revised commitments* from Cox & Cox customer services .... who do not proactively communicate with their customers.
Pleased with the desk, but totally rubbish customer services and delivery commitments were completely useless. A shame as i will not be ordering from them again - nothing that comes out of their mouths is credible or truthful.

Unreliable and disappointing. I was trying to track an order I made a week ago. I'd received the order confirmation but no despatch note. Tracking system on the website doesn't work; after talking to someone on the phone (who was very polite) I was cut off after 10 minutes with no further information. They finally called back to say no stock available and refund issued. I went back on website to see one item still available. Called back to reorder, told they might be available, put on hold, cut off ..... you get the idea. Finally called back to say definitely not available. I'd rather pay more and order from a company that fulfils their obligation.

I had a 3seater swing chair delivered and it is damaged. I spent half an hour unwrapping it to discover it was damaged.
I will not wrap it up again so either send a new one and collect damaged one or give me a refund.

I’ve waited over 6 months to get this product but as soon as I got an alert that it was back in stock, I placed the order and received it very promptly. I absolutely love my indoor/ outdoor pre lit olive tree. It looks lovely day and night and adds a subtle greenery to my new kitchen.

We are refurbishing a holiday home and have chosen several mirrors and table lamps from C&C. They are all beautiful and we are delighted with them. First item was v slow to arrive, but the rest have been very timely.

After having looked and bought and returned various runners over the pat two years and despairing at the bit of carpet this one was perfect- a good neutral colour- not too orange / grey ; not bulky as many are .
My only request would be to make this runner in same depth / width but in longer lengths.
That said I am delighted.

Bought them for a present.I'm sure she will love them.
